Eufy cameras Canada return address.

I bought one of those doorbell cameras, from a company called Eufy, they owned by AnkerDirect. The door bell is rubbish, but at the same time I also got 3 internal cameras, which I’ve unopened and trying to return, they have a 30 return policy which I’m well within, having rang them to sort returning, they told me to email the, they would send details of return address, which upon receipt of return I get my refund, when this morning I got the return address, In Canada, it will cost a fortune to send to Canada, let alone the time it will take for to get my refund. It certainly didn’t arrive from Canada, as it arrived next day delivery. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Now sorted, after a lot of messing about ringing and emails I’ve got a return address in Cardiff.
