Cost of an extension like this

We are after a glass extension exactly like this, although we will want it tied into our lounge and made into a family room, so it won't be housing kitchen units or anything. We're in the south east, and it would be about 4.5m x 3m. Has anyone had something like this that could advise how much it cost them, roughly?0
