You could put the stick on leading on the inside surface of your new window. From the inside it would look more authentic and by the sound of it the outside isn’t viewed.

I suspect that circular windows are far more expensive that rectangles. Shame you can’t have the circle inside and a square double glazed window outside, that would effectively give you 3 layers of glass, though not be as insulating as proper triple glazing.
