Water from air bricks

Hi we have noticed water seeping out from the air bricks on our house, it’s doing it on all of them down the side of the house. I’m worried it’s water from the roof coming down the cavity? It’s done it from day one, the house is now 2 years old, I thought initially it was by house drying out but now I’m thinking it’s something we should worry about. Can anyone advise at all?

Most likely, it's from the plastic weep above the air brick.
This means that water gets into the cavity somewhere above the air bricks and is intercepted by the membrane inside the cavitySVFMIN Rytons Flyscreened Slim Vent Minor Cavity VentWeep Rytons Building Products
Don't know how serious this is.
