Can anyone tell me what elements of the bookings you receive Refunds for during this Coronovirus Pandemic? We have received an email saying they are refunding us for our bookings (2 flights) but our basic cost for 2 x Adult Plus Fares was £121.98 each which would result in a refund of £243.96 but we have been told we will receive only £234.06. We did add on a 20kg case for both outward and return flights costing £48 but I presume that is not refundable but don't understand the discrepancy in the original flight costs?
