How long to get refund?

2 weeks from final bill or you are owed compensation they should have produced it by now have you contacted them and asked them for a refund ?0

Yes, I emailed them after 2 weeks and having just re-read their reply they said it can take up to 6 weeks. So we are pass that now. I'll email them again, how much compensation should I ask for?0

They have 6 weeks to produce your final bill then another 2 weeks to refund any credit. If they fail it's a standard £30 like a failed appointment.0

The losing supplier – £30 Credit refunds To provide compensation when suppliers fail to refund outstanding credit balances within two weeks of sending a final bill.
