Where to buy starter shrubs

Have you researched that this is a good choice? ie sun to keep the colour, that it will survive where the soil is poor from the Leilandi and which version you need for the height or effect?I found when creating a new garden from scratch that on the whole buying cheap meant very slow to get going and disapointing results where buying from a good garden centre and paying the going rate the plants raced off for maximum joy and effect.Getting a set of 6 plug plants from a supplier is easy to find online. I'd go for a reputable dealer rather than Amazon. But to buy cheap means small plants so longer to get the effect especially if they are going to be competing with the roots and sourness of the Leilandi which I take it is established. Add compost when planting to give them a start.
I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
