My wife reaches 66 at the end of November 2020. She receives ESA and PIP. She hasn't heard nothing from the DWP to suggest her ESA will stop and replaced by state pension. Will this automatically change and will PIP stop also.

Yes, ESA will stop automatically when she reaches either her state retirement age (if the ESA she receives is contributory-based) or her pension credit age (if the ESA she receives is income-based).
PIP will continue providing she is receiving it when she reaches her state retirement age. 
Has your wife asked for her state pension to be paid from the end of November?

Yes, she is contributory based.  She hasn't asked for her pension to be paid from end of November, both she and myself didn't realise we had to contact anyone. I automatically thought the ESA would stop but I thought she would have received a letter explaining her situation.
