Advice on bathroom floor damaged by leak - replace?

    With a multitool, cut along the joins to break the T&G. Trim the replacement board to fit the hole, then screw down (drill some pilot holes through the chipboard first).

    Thanks. I may have a go with a narrow blade hand saw first rather than buy especially.
    Useful tool to have though.

    Be careful - There might be cables and/or pipes under the boards. Unlikely, but it is something that you need to consider.

    Yes, good point. The cold pipe on the right does run across that corner.
    I’ve got no use for these or the drain so will probably cover with a cabinet or something.

    The board looks so weak, that can possibly be broken just with a chisel, without cutting.
    At least a hole can be made first to see what's under the board when sawing it.

    Yes you’re right. I think it would break it quite easily.
