Government grants for home and energy

Hi,
I wondered if anyone could clarify this for me?
I am self employed and currently, due to the pandemic, getting Universal Credit. I never had it pre-pandemic, so have never been contacted about the possibility of a govt grant for a new boiler and other heat help. I think I qualify as my boiler is over 10 years old and I get UC, BUT, I didn't know if this was correct as I feel like i'm only on UC as a temporary thing till the world starts again, and my business can pick up. I hope that makes sense!
I wondered if anyone could shed light on whether they think I am the right kind of candidate for such a grant as I would hate to apply for it and for UC to say I did it in error ...
Thanks so much for any guidance
Martine
