Trouble getting a refund

Hi, booked a cruise through iglu, they cancelled the beginning of July, was for 4 people, 2 of us rebooked at 2 requested a refund. Keep calling and keep getting told they are looking into it. It's £2500 and their refund time is 90 -120 days and we are way past that and no closer to a refund. Would cancel the cruise that 2 of us rebooked but don't think would ever get that back either. Any suggestions?

Iglu are regulars on this site with similar stories. If you booked a fly-cruise you may have an ATOL Certificate issued by Iglu, if you do you have a contract with them and providing you paid by credit card, contact the issuer and ask for a section 75 claim. If it was just a cruise so the contract was only with the cruise line contact them to check if they have issued the refund, I think most of them have by now, although admittedly some were very slow to start. Armed with that knowledge contact ABTA and make a formal complaint, I know they are acting on these complaints as I had to deal with one earlier today!0
