Hi All...
Does anyone know if there is a housing equivalent of OFCOM, someone you can go and complain to when there is a problem with a building?

if it's built in the last 10 years the NHCB guarantee is what covers it, prior to that it's normally the surveyor who told you the building was fine you'd go back to, if you don't have a surveyor then it's the guy in the mirror0

As the last poster said.
10 years - might be NHBC
else - bloke in the mirror
But you're not been specific and your question will mean 1000 things to 1000 people.
What's wrong with what sort of building and in what sort of circumstances and who has deemed it 'wrong'?0
