furlough

I was furloughed on March 23rd, then in April, May & June on 80% I originally worked 37 hours a week. I returned to work and my hours were reduced to 24 hours per week (not my choice)
My employer did not take advantage of the part time part time furlough scheme, so that meant my wages were reduced for July, August, September and October.
I have now been furloughed again and I am unsure what I will be paid 80% of? Will it be 80% of my 24 hours?

If your employer wants to take advantage of the furlough scheme, they must pay you at least 80% of your reference salary, which is based on the same calculations as for the previous furlough, so it should be based on 80% of your pay for the last pay period prior to 20 March 2020. It becomes much more complicated if you are asked to work some hours.1
