in IVA & DRO
Hi, I was wondering if anyone can give me some information. I have recently been discharged from a trust deed (I am sure that comes under a IVA). This will be removed from my credit report in September 2021. My wife and I are looking to buy our first home in 6 months or so. I am basically looking for anyone that has been in a trust deed or IVA and managed to secure a mortgage.
I was hoping to use the Scotland first home fund and the only lenders that deal with adverse credit through this is Vida homeloans, but after reading someone else’s post on this that I won’t fit their criteria yet. Has anyone experienced this before?
any advice will be hugely appreciated.
