'Gas Supply Disconnected' Message on IHD3

Before anybody panics about remote disconnection, my gas supply has not been disconnected but my IHD3 is no longer showing any information relating to my SMETS2 L&G G470 gas meter. The actual meter appears to be reporting usage normally to my supplier. LEDs on the comms hub suggest everything is paired and working normally.
I am, however, aware that there are some ongoing issues with the G470 meter and with the WNC SKU 1 communications hub. I would be interested to know whether others have experienced the same problems?
