Thanks Sheramber. Have tried Twitter, but I do not do Facebook. All I got is advice to ring the generic number that everyone else is trying to ring at the moment! I have just emailed the CMA with my complaint. Don't know if that will help.0

Still no refund from TUI. Contacted a local store this morning when they opened, everyone still passing the buck. Game them notice under the Package Travel Regulations 2018, also contacted the local press. Let us see what happens0

furiousmk. I have just read your story, I think this is also a claim from Bonded Coach Holidays as I mentioned earlier in the post. The fact that TUI hadn't paid Shearings may not be relevant, TUI would have had a credit agreement with the coach company and so long as an invoice with details of the booking had been received, there was a valid booking. TUI should be paying the money to the administrators as part of the assets to be spread amongst the creditors and not refunded to the passengers. I have no doubt knowing TUI they are doing everything possible not to part with the money but I think the claim should be directed elsewhere.
