FCA Loan Support extension announcement

Hello all, Just looking for some clarification if possible? I see that as of the 19th November the FCA confirmed their plan to extend the loan support scheme effective of the 25th Nov, much the same as they did the previous week with the Mortgage support announcement, and the guidance seems to state that people who have previously had 1 extension of 3 months can extend for a further 3. I seem to be reading conflicting information on Bank websites and was wondering whether this still applies if you had 1 x 3 month payment deferral, resumed payments  and would now seek a further 3 month deferral?
