Back at the end of June all pockit cards were locked because of wirecard issue. Since then my account has been 'under verification' All ID requested initially was sent and card was supposed to be re issued. Nothing happened. Tried again 3-4 months after all pockit cards were stopped & went round the loop of providing ID again. Still card has not been issued and I am still locked out of account and unable to retrieve my money.
I opened a pockit account on the back of a moneysavingexpert reccomendation and enjoyed my cashback that resulted from shopping in a couple of stores regularly used. Always had to load money onto card before going shopping so whatever was on there in June I have been unable to access. (Will have been less than £100.)
Please can MoneySavingExpert take up these cases , I found at least one other person on this forum and reports of many more. For some who had their wages paid into the account it is a MAJOR PROBLEM.

This is the MSE discussion forum, where fellow forums users can communicate. It is unlikely anyone with the ability to make decisions on behalf of MSE will read your post, I suggest you use one of the email addresses listed on this page: https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/site/site-contacts/The obvious first step to resolve your issue would be to submit a formal complaint to Pockit, and if they do not resolve your issue to your satisfaction within 8 weeks, or issue you with a letter of deadlock, take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
