They took over my energy supply without my knowledge. I haven’t paid any energy bills since July and have notified my original supplier of this. I am a home owner and nothing like this has happened before.0

In your other thread you said it was an erroneous transfer and all was being rectified today - hasn't it.? If not go back to your original supplier - don't talk to Spark.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

When did you complain to Spark that it was an erroneous transfer? If it was more than eight weeks ago, it's time to go to the ombudsman.0

I had both my gas and electric with Spark energy and received a letter saying that my energy would be taken over by a new supplier. My Gas was taken over with SSE which I have paid the bill from December to February however they don't supply my electric. I cant get hold of Spark energy and still haven't received a letter from my new supplier for electric since December- how can I find out who my supplier is as I don't need to be landed with a huge bill .0
