Anyone used Graham & Brown paint?

I've found the perfect colour paint I've been after on the Graham & Brown website, but reading some Trustpilot reviews there's a lot of complaints of people receiving a different shade to the one they one they thought they were purchasing. To make it worse, as each pot of paint is apparently mixed to order G&B won't do returns and refunds, so I'm hesitant to shell out if it's going to be wrong.
Has anyone bought G&B paint and found this, or was it all ok?

Can you see this sample on a physical sheet? If so, take it to a Dulux paint centre and have it made up...1

I have read comments about their paints not covering as well as some others, and additional coats being required for good coverage.
