That should be ok , as long as the driver is not revealed , so choose carefully on the appeal site, do not blow it now !!
Just because there is only one name on a lease doesn't make them the exclusive Driver , thousands of people in this country can legally drive it , including car mechanics , police , drivers with fully comprehensive insurance etc
ECP should comply with the law if they wish to hold a hirer to account2 -

Ermmm, read the section in the NEWBIES thread where the advice is about POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am not sure thaat a cheque handling charge is legal, perhaps you shoulf ask Trading Standards. Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
