Withdrawing from Santander Investment Hub?

Hello,
I'm trying to withdraw some funds from my Santander Investment Hub after recently selling. I spent about 45 minutes trawling the hub to find out how to withdraw my money but I can't for the life of me find any means to do it. I looked at all the guides online but there is no instruction on how you do it. Does anyone know how I do it? It's probably something really obvious but I just can't find it.
Any help appreciated.

    There's a pull down options menu next to the values on the right hand side, it's in there.
    Is the option to withdraw cash missing?It only appears when you have signed and returned the Registration Confirmation, how long have you had the Investment Hub.
  • Hello. Thanks for the response. I actually don't have that option on the bar, I have deposit but no withdraw. I've had investment hub since May 2019. I returned all forms and everything so maybe they never got processed? Might just be a case of ringing them on Monday I guess.
  • Hello - I'm in the same situation as mister-callum. No option showing to withdraw money from my Investment Hub. Does anyone else have any suggestions?

    What do Santander say when you ask them?

  • I haven't asked them yet their online chatbot is useless and it's almost impossible to get a human operator to chat to. I don't like to phone due to hearing problems and there is no email option either.

    It may be quicker though. Most of the regulars here wouldn't use something like Santander's investment hub. So, you will be waiting for a response longer than it takes to ask them.

  • Perhaps mister-callum would like to respond to say if he got it sorted?
  • I have the same issue, but have been unable to get through to the 'correct' team...  Did anyone get through to a Santander advisor who could enable this?

    "When you first open the Investment Hub, we send you a ‘Confirmation of Registration Request’ letter, asking you to sign and return it to us to allow you full access to the Investment Hub. 

    If you don’t have the option to ‘withdraw cash’ on the ‘My Options’ drop down, then we’ve not yet received this letter back from you. If you don’t have the letter to return to us, call us on 0800 328 1328 (option 2) and we’ll send you another copy"

    I did do this when i opened the account but will retry and update the chat with the outcome...
