Igloo Bonus from dormant account
I was previously with Igloo energy and left less than a year ago. Since then a couple of people have managed to find my old referral link and use it to switch energy. My Igloo log in is still live and I can see the rewards and old bills in my account. As it is not currently active, it will not allow the rewards to be redeemed and there seems to be no means to switch back to them/reactivate the supply, while logged into the account. Also I can not switch back to them externally, by getting a new quote, as my email address is already in use and if I signed up with a different email, it would be a different account and so not able to access the rewards. After contacting Igloo they have been unable to help, other than saying they can reset the email which would remove the old account and rewards. Does anyone know of a way to get the reward bonus that is showing on the dormant account or reactivate it?
