Looks like scan.co.uk have some Wii Remotes in stock

they are the jap version, and limited to 1 per customer at £35.24 Inc VAT
and if you live close enough you can use their Qcollect system and go pick it up, instead of paying PnP.
Mine is just awaiting my collection :-)

Thanks Shazspice, having got the console from Amazon.de, thanks to this forum(via German cousin !!)couldnt get a spare remote anywhere except grotesquely over inflated prices on ebay. Have just ordered wii play from John Lewis . Thankyou0
