I'm looking to be pointed in the right direction please. I ordered some items online. They said they where delivered but I never received my parcel. Royal Mail advised the company to put in a claim. They then offered to resend or give me a refund. I asked to receive my goods. They went quite so I chased them up and they replied that the items aren't in stock and will take 2 to 3 months to be back in stock. I then asked for refund. They accepted, however said there would be a deduction of $10. I said that they can't do that and I'm entitled to a full refund including postage. They are insisting the $10 will be deducted. How can I get a full refund please. Can anyone offer me help and advise please. Many thanks.

As above name the company as post dollar sign suggests not UK company and not consumer right for postage .

If it is a UK company then no, they can't do that.
Probably easier just to name the company. How did you pay?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)1
