Combi boiler suggestions

My 14year boiler which I inherited 2years ago its on its last legs, and now looking around for a new install.
Based on some research, im considering a Baxi 600 or Viessmann vitodens 050-w.
Has anyone got any of these boilers, or boilers from these manufacturers that you can/would recommend?
I have a 2 bed flat with one bath/shower.
Thanks.

I can recommend Intergas. Their combi boilers seem to be a lot simpler and better designed than other makes.
The Intergas Combi Compact ECO RF models have a built-in radio link that can talk directly to Honeywell thermostats, which can help make installation a bit neater.

The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

I'd go with Viessmann, no issues with mine (Vitodens 100) over the last 3 years.

In the past I'd go with Worcester, but a friend who's just qualified as heating engineer sings the praises of Baxi.  They do now offer great warranties on their more expensive models.

No point in getting a Baxi 600....get the 800.

By the time you add a filter to the 600 you’re paying 800 money. The 800 has a 10 year warranty and the 600 a 7.
I’ve never fitted a 600 since the 8’s came out.

I recommend Baxi. My gas engineer sings their praises and mentioned that they have brass parts rather than plastic which is what other manufacturers apparently use. Never had an issue since it was installed about six years ago. Get yourself a magnetic filter as well - I recommend Magnaclean. Although your new boiler will probably come with a magnetic filter anyway. I might be wrong but I'm sure most manufacturers state in their warranty conditions that a magnetic filter should be fitted as part of the boiler installation.
