Account Closure and Cifas marker

Hi all, I called up the NatWest account closure team and confirmed that all my accounts have been completely and successfully closed with no pending or further review. Cifas DSAR came back clean at the end of Jan 2021 and I have sent another Cifas DSAR to be sure. Thank you all very much for your help and reassurance!2 -
Just to make a comment (i know its an old post).
But if the fraud and chargebacks team contacted, it is clear you raised a fraud/chargeback claim. The reason why they then state you have repayments to make is because they may have refunded you initially and then after further investigation stated they dont believe these to be fraud. Hence issuing you a notice of closure and requesting repayments on a overdue balance.
Does this seem a fair assumption as i think people may have been mislead here a little...
