Bank application mistake/mortgage help.

Hi,
I’m just after some advice. I made a joint bank account application in august when me and my partner moved into a rented flat which was only ever meant to be a short term thing. However stupidly I put down our new address for the application when at that time I didn’t have any supporting evidence for the application once it was approved. Due to coronavirus there was a long delay in getting supporting evidence (eg gas and electric bill) and with work stress (I’m a nurse) and family illness the application was closed as incomplete as I was unable to finish it. (Application was approved just needed supporting evidence sent)

Now I’m stressing as our situation has changed and in the new year we’re going through a mortgage application to change the mortgage to mine and my partners name rather then him and his brother.

All of our supporting evidence we’re giving is not from the short term rented flat, will this effect us? Also the closed bank application is with the same bank as the mortgage and I’m unsure what to do in this case - do I just leave it or reopen/start a new application at that address or our previous ones?

TIA.
(sorry if this is in the wrong board)
