Furlough/Redundancy/ReDeployment

Hi
I am currently in an 8 week redundancy consultation....
I am keen to stay with my company but i can only be re-deployed to a lower grade as there are no positions available at my current grade.
if i take a new role on a lower salary will my furlough still be paid on my origional furlough higher amount from my previous role ?
the new role would start on the 12th De

    It depends on your contract of employment and furlough agreement, but if your employer claims for you under CJRS that claim will be based on your reference salary that applied when you were first furloughed, and they cannot pay you less than this.
