Calm my nerves - Building Survey

  • We got home buyer survey back for a property that we are buying, its has a few issues that we will ask a professional to look deeper into, nothing major but a few issues like slipped tile in roof, damp detected etc. Have been advised by the surveyor to get cost for the work before buying the house. If cost exceeds 15 to 20k, shall we try to renegotiate the price a little or is it too late for that?
    Thanks

If it's nothing major, the cost's unlikely to be more than 15K.
