18 months ago I changed my power supplier to ‘out fox the market’. Yes they are the cheapest but beware they kept my account in credit well over £100 and when asked for some money back they just claimed that it was needed for when I got higher useage. I final left out fox the market in October this year and the sent me a final account of £87.45 in credit, I did not agree with this figure so asked for a break down of the bill after lots of emails back and forth we finally agreed a figure of £220.77 A large difference from £87.45 SO BEWARE.
