smile.amazon.co.uk
I came across this part of Amazon,
smile.amazon.co.uk
It links to your amazon account, costs nothing and 0.5% of the cost of what you have spent can be donated to your charity of choice.
I'm not trying to promote Amazon but if you are going to use them might as well some of this going to charity. Please share and spread the word.

Definitely. I find it helpful that if you accidentally go to an Amazon link, it asks if you want to go to the same page on smile.amazon!Signature removed for peace of mind1

I do this now. But I don't know why they don't just automatically do a smile page anyway because then charities will get more money. They periodically pop a notice up telling me how much my charity has been given. It's a great scheme but as I say, I think it should be automatic. I'm trying to wean myself off amazon though because Jeff has enough now! Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. Although I do carry out careful research before posting and never intend to mislead or supply out-of-date or incorrect information, please do not rely 100% on what you are reading. Verify everything in order to protect yourself as you are responsible for any action you consequently take.2

Its worth noting, that if you use the Amazon app, there is a settings option in there to default to smile.amazon.co.uk (also works for amazon.com for those who have those accounts1

Not all purchases qualify, and I wonder if it interferes with affiliate/cashback tracking - I presume only one type of "commission" gets paid out ultimately.0
