I came across this part of Amazon,
smile.amazon.co.uk
It links to your amazon account, costs nothing and 0.5% of the cost of what you have spent can be donated to your charity of choice.
I'm not trying to promote Amazon but if you are going to use them might as well some of this going to charity. Please share and spread the word.

Definitely. I find it helpful that if you accidentally go to an Amazon link, it asks if you want to go to the same page on smile.amazon!

I do this now. But I don't know why they don't just automatically do a smile page anyway because then charities will get more money. They periodically pop a notice up telling me how much my charity has been given. It's a great scheme but as I say, I think it should be automatic.  I'm trying to wean myself off amazon though because Jeff has enough now!

Its worth noting, that if you use the Amazon app, there is a settings option in there to default to smile.amazon.co.uk (also works for amazon.com for those who have those accounts

Not all purchases qualify, and I wonder if it interferes with affiliate/cashback tracking - I presume only one type of "commission" gets paid out ultimately.
