I was looking to replace all the storage radiators in an old ladies house.  I kept coming across sites on Internet offering to replace old storage heaters free of charge.  At first I thought it was just a marketing scam and there would be lots of hidden costs but filled in the form anyway.  It turned out to be 100% genuine, They are going to replace all the radiators completely free with Dimplex QUAMTUM  ones and also provide cavity and roof insulation.  This is available to vulnerable people and also low income families.  It is a government run scheme and the company I used was Energy Grant Solutions.  Hope this may help someone.

I’ve just seen this.  I live in an over 60s complex of 33 properties.  The heating is storage radiators.  As they need replacing they will give us the Quantum heaters.  They are amazing from what I’ve read, they are more controllable and cheaper to run.
