Hermes Parcel Shops? Help please.

Hi all,
Does anyone know if Hermes Parcel Shops are open during this second lockdown?
I had booked a collection with Hermes to collect a parcel from me to return to the seller on November 4th. As usual nobody came to collect it.(This has happened more times than I can count)
I have finally managed to get in contact with Hermes and they told me that they had tried to collect it 3 times; when I asked for the dates of their attempts to collect my parcel they just cut off the conversation!!!! Of course during lockdown I was obviously living the high life somewhere on the days that Hermes ghost came to my place.
Anyway my problem is what , how can I send my parcel. I am really at my wits end wondering what to do.
(If anyone knows of a service to collect the parcel from me that would be fantastic. )
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks all.

Some parcel shops are open and some are not,the website should be up to date and you can always phone the shop and check. My second closest one which is the one I use is open, it’s in a small convenience store. My closest one I rarely use as they often refuse parcels if they have too many so I don’t risk it, they were open though when I walked past on Monday but strangely not open when I walked past last week .we also have a mail box place that handles all courier stuff and that remains open.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. My local Hermes parcel shop drop off point is open, it's a small convenience store.
I had an issue with a large parcel due to be collected last week, waited in for 2 solid days for collection but no show, so on evening of 3rd day I contacted packlink via their messaging system, got a rapid reply saying they'd get on to Hermes & first thing next morning (Sat), Hermes courier were at my door to collect. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.1 -
I've sent off a couple of parcels from my local Hermes drop off point this week. It's a local convenience store. Check the Hermes website for details of those in your local area.1

It purely depends on what type of shop it is. If it falls under essential shops it will still be open. Most of them seem to be in convenience type stores which are still open i presume (I'm In wales)You're not your * could have not of * Debt not dept *0
