Process to sell leasehold flat and process of buy freehold house

Hi everyone,

Can someone enlighten me on the different steps in the process to sell a leashold flat and the process to buy a freehold house in England (not London - if that helps in any way).

    You probably need to be a bit more specific about what you are asking.

    Based on this post, my initial thought was that you wanted to know about steps like: get valuations from estate agents, talk to a mortgage advisor, get quotes from solicitors, etc.  But looking at your previous posts, I think you might be asking about detailed aspects of the conveyancing process.
