Gemini Parking Solutions - should we pay or ignore

My partner took her mum to Chase Farm Hospital but didn’t purchase a parking ticket since it was free on her last visit during lockdown and so didn’t think one was needed this time but has now received a parking charge via ACPN requesting £60 or £100 after 28 days!
Advice please good people!

Neither. You should appeal using the template in blue text from the first post of the NEWBIES sticky thread that was just underneath the New Thread button, and asks everyone to read it first.
Send it unaltered from the keeper. Do not reveal the driver's identity.

Plan A is always the best option , regardless !!

Plan B is appealing as keeper

Ignore and payment are plans Y & Z respectively

Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum like you were asked to do , using a laptop not a phone , read the first post

Plan A then becomes apparent , in this case it's a complaint to PALS

The fruitcake reply is plan B , not plan A

The more you read , the better informed you are

You clearly haven't read the NEWBIE sticky, else you would know Plan A is to contact PALS at the hospital.
