Gemini Parking Solutions - should we pay or ignore

My partner took her mum to Chase Farm Hospital but didn’t purchase a parking ticket since it was free on her last visit during lockdown and so didn’t think one was needed this time but has now received a parking charge via ACPN requesting £60 or £100 after 28 days!

Plan A then becomes apparent , in this case it's a complaint to PALS
