Issue with Bulb
Comments
-
I moved in 1st September 2017 then transferred to Bulb starting 9th October 2018.
The previous energy company adjusted a reading after a request from Bulb which resulted in me having a bill off them for about £370 which was paid but has not seen Bulb change their readings. Bulb asked them to adjust more but they refused due to lack of evidence from Bulb.0 -
Your end reading with one supplier absolutely must match the start reading for the next. If Bulb won't agree to use the same reading as the previous supplier then there is an industry process for raising a dispute. Can you please provide the reading that your previous supplier used and the reading that Bulb used? It should be fairly straightforward to resolve based on that information.0
