Hello,
I have not seen this linked elsewhere on the forum, so I thought I would share.
There is now a new data source available that allows information down to local (election ward) level, including a map, all with post-code search:
https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/
No question, just sharing for information and interest sake.

Been available for months in one form or another.
