Help re Setting aside 2x CCJ

You can still apply for a set aside. We just don't often see it done this way because no-one just pays, thinking that's the answer.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

1. Where did the claim forms get sent ?
2. Do your parents recall anything coming in the post ? It's not like they're going to look like a Farmfoods flyer.2 -
I'm in a similar position so watching this thread. Not sure what the grounds are for getting the judgment set aside - I should have changed address details and didn't. I haven't paid the fine yet, but intend to as they say they will give me a letter to confirm their consent - really don't have the time or inclination to fight the fine.0

Have you missed the beginning of the thread? If you just pay it (outside of the timescale set by the judgment) it will be marked as "satisfied" but will remain on your credit file/history. What you need is to have it set aside. Read the NEWBIE sticky second post and then start your own thread please.
ETA I see you have a thread running. Ignore my comments about starting a new thread.2 -
I haven't paid the fine yet, but intend to as they say they will give me a letter to confirm their consent. You WILL NOT be doing that if they are asking for £250 or £300. I've just replied to you on your thread and yiou didn't mention that they had consented nor what the terms were 'on offer'. Please reply to us on your thread and tell us.
It is not a fine. Don't pay it and trust CEL.
DO NOT REPLY HERE - THIS IS NOT YOUR THREAD.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They have told me letters came to the house and have left them in a pile to be checked. As mentioned I haven’t seen this letter myself so I’m assuming it’s just been sent here. I will have a proper look next time I am down there as I’m currently away working on COVID wards. May well be some letters were thrown away I’m not sure yet.0 -

Could they just pack up ALL your post, pop it in a large envelope and send it to you? If this is situation normal, you must have planned a way of obtaining your post on a regular basis.2

you need to know now.Dear Sir or Madam
Reference: X
Fee: X
Registration: XI am writing regarding the above claim. I am kindly requesting for this to be set aside with consent.
I learnt of the existence of this claim on the 21/09/20 when I had checked my credit file. Prior to this I had no previous knowledge of this.
My address changed in 25/07/18 at temporary hospital accommodation where I stayed due to my occupation as a Doctor within the NHS. My occupation required me to move on several occasions within the last 5 years.
Due to the reason above I was unable to pay within the time frame requested. Once I had become aware of this, I have promptly paid what was owed to Parking Eye and the claim is satisfied. Due to my lack of knowledge of the claim following this particular address change I am requesting for the county court judgement to be set aide by consent.
I am required to act in a timely manner in order to set aside the CCJ just as I had acted now to ensure it was paid. I therefore request that for a reply within 7 days of receipt of this email. I will be in due time submitting a N244 form to Northampton County Court whilst awaiting your response.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kind Regards,
X
