Seiss 3rd payment - reduced demand

Hi can anyone clarify what "reduced demand " means in relation to the next seiss payment.
Is it less profit or less sales?
I sell used musical instruments online sourcing my stock from various markets, second-hand shops and private individuals which I haven't been able to do for this month which is normally my busiest buying month ( plus 2 months earlier in the year).
Already this month I have lost out a few sales as buyers wanted collect / view before purchasing which is normal on musical instruments .
Any help would be much appreciated.

Reduced demand translates to fewer sales than normal. Further details are expected.0

Still none the wiser if I eligible for the grant as the wording is quite vague and the examples do not really apply to my situation.
Just a recap I am a sole trader who sells online from home, mostly musical instruments normally sourced from second hand shops, pawnbrokers and music shops( all which have been closed during November) .
I've been able to sell a few items online during the last month but am down on the previous 2 months but have lost all of November sourcing stock.
Also a few sales as buyers were unable to view / collect items as I work from home, my more expensive items I offer a collection only option .
After lockdown ends I will still be in tier 3 so unable to view items in households or allow people to collect view from home.
The demand might be still there but I am not allowed to fill it.
Any help would be much appreciated.0 -

Keep records of the basis of the decision as per

Thanks for taking the time out to respond.
As the shops / places I normally buy my stock from have been closed for the last month would I be covered by.- carried out less work due to supply chain disruptions
Thanks again

Have you read the guidance that Jeremy and I have linked? Are there specific queries after reading that?0

Just had a read of the thread and makes more sense now. Thanks for your help .

Slightly off topic ust read the terms of tier 3.
you must not meet socially indoors or in most outdoor places with anybody you do not live with, or who is not in your support bubble, this includes in any private garden or at most outdoor venues
Does this mean it is possible to allow viewings or collect items from households if it is to do with your work?

If it is "to do with your work" then it is not "socially".
Edit: that doesn't mean people won't 'say something' to you about visitors, if you have snoopy neighbours.0
