Hi
Looking at booking a villa in Greece for August 2021. Hopefully things would have improved by then and travel wont be an issue. If however the situation is still bad and we're restricted from going, does anyone have a view on the best company to book with? Or are we in the lap of the owner if they'll be flexible or not?

What do the Booking Terms and Conditions state for each company?
- Pay upfront on non-refundable basis?
- Pay on arrival, cancellation allowed upto XX days before?
- Pay a non-refundable deposit, with a balance due in the future?
It depends what you're booking, and who with, but all of those terms, and more, may be available with different suppliers.0 -
Always had better booking and payment terms from VRBO, and cancellation policy seems better but it does vary depending on who you book with. Booking fees and service charges seem lower with VRBO0
