It'd be a real shame if you couldn't get a loan to start just one month shy of the three year requirement, you may have to speak to someone.

Your query rang a bell as a relative is also applying for postgraduate funding for next year and needs to phone them - sometimes you have to hang on for a while but it's worth it in the end. . . I think!
