Parking Eye broke GDPR rules

my Message is not about the parking ticket, but that they have been negligent about GDPR.
I received a completed N180, with someone else’s information on (name, address etc). I contacted this person, who advised she received a form with all my details and thought she had to complete the form and send one back to me and the other to the court. I have emailed both the court and Parking Eye and provided photographic evidence of the forms, envelope addresses to me etc. This person has completed and returned said form, with her details and my reference number.
Is there anything else I need to do with regard to breech of GDPR or report them to. Thank you.

However I'm not sure they will take much action over a single incident at the moment with the pandemic and everything.3 -
Go to the Parking board ... there's a thread there about someone going through the court process and encountering the same thing - they received a Witness Statement from the claimant (VCS in this case, I think) which was mostly regarding someone else's case interspersed with a few pages about their own case. The folks over there would like to hear about your experience as it helps to build a picture - they'll also be able to help you with your GDPR question, and advise the best way forward.
Edit: This (https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6161514/vcs-claim-defence/p1) is the thread I refer to.1 -
Yup - GPDR issues with PPCs are well known on the Parking Tickets Board.
Go there if you want to do something about it and defend yourself properly and strongly against Parking Eye.1
