Balance transfer from MBNA to Natwest gone wrong

Stress which i could do without.
Here goes.
I balance transferred £1500 from my MBNA card as the 0% was up to my Natwest card.
I entered the details from my MBNA card that's in my wallet which is valid for the transfer HOWEVER i noticed the last 4 numbers are different when i log in online, card is ******9445 but my details online are ending ******7352
Any ideas? no idea what's going on here

I do remember from way back that MBNA had strange card numbers and accounts.
If it is not a new renewal card that perhaps you have not yet received then contact them.
If you have quoted to NatWest the 16 digit card number correctly I am sure it will go through.1 -

I did have a old Nuba account which was basically MBNA and am wondering if that's the issue however that was payed off before I think MBNA ceased Nuba.1 -
Contact them and see - they should be able to sort this for you.0

One is the account number & the other is your card number.
Usually you quote the card no for balance transfers.Life in the slow lane0 -

Update,
I've been onto mbna and they informed i have 2 accounts! which is news to me!! only one shows up when logging in online and the card in my wallet should match which it doesnt, all very odd.
They said they will send to money back to my original other providers card but my issue now is will i be charged another balance transfer fee when i re do it?0 -

Would i be better talking to Natwest who i completed the transfer/charged me the BT fee with? or could i even now pay off the correct card with the card that is now in credit?0 -
Ok hopefully resolved without incurring any more fees.
MBNA have said they will transfer the amount to my bank account directly and because its in credit no fees are payable, happy enough with that.0
