Cost for Knocking Through Stud Wall + Installing Sliding Door

Evening all,
I will be approaching some local joiners over the next few days to obtain quotes for creating an opening in a stud wall (no services present) and installing a top mounted sliding door. I will be purchasing the door kit itself online, so the job will just be knocking through, installing the door, providing and installing necessary architraves and then any required works for making good.
Could anyone give me a rough ball park figure of what they expect this to cost? I'm North West based.
Any input greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

As long as the wall is not load bearing - Some stud walls in modern builds may be providing support for joists above, so do not assume just because a wall is stud construction that it is not load bearing. As for cost, is this a pocket sliding door or one just hanging off one face of the wall ?One could be £500, the other £2K (for install only) depending on the standard of finish and how much extra work is needed on the smaller details such as floor. Her courage will change the world.
Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.0 -

The wall is definitely not load bearing.
The (single) door I'm going for just hangs off one side, is top mounted on a track and comes with a guide to be fitted to the (carpetted) floor. I would post a link to it but not sure if that's allowed.
I can't see it being a particularly complex job at all, perhaps 1-2 days max at a guess.0 -
Any more for any more... 😉0
