Hi, my IVA annual review is due on beginning of 2021. This will be my first review. I’m concern about a bank account which was opened two years ago. I didn’t used that account much and wasn’t any due that’s why I didn’t mentioned it to my IP. This year I’m using this account a bit . There is some good transactions. Now My concern is will my IP check my credit report, where he’ll see this account . ATM there is no money . Shall I close the account . Another thing i won £475 which was paid to my other account. Please suggest me.

This is not big brother, all the IP is interested in is if your income has increased, or not. They are not interested in your day to day life, but having large sums of money going through your account whilst insolvent, was not the best decision ever.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
