Boisdale refusing refund

Paid £600 to Boisdales Canary Wharf for an event In sept / in didn’t go ahead was told a refund request would be sent to restaurant for when they re opened in November - re emailed them asking for money back to be told no they can’t I can have a voucher ! Help ! Debit Card notified in October - but won’t even look into it until January

Can't believe Boisdale are not refunding £550 for two tickets purchased for show that has been cancelled.They have said that I will have to wait until the show is listed again!That's how to reward/treat a loyal customer.0

same here I paid £1400 deposit for a birthday party due end of November. I put in a section 75 claim, but it’s not got my money back as the terms and conditions are such that they don’t have to refund. Our only chance is if they go bust0
