If you are speaking to banks make sure it is a business advisor that you speak to not a personal account one - you cannot use a personal loan to fund a business.bestfuzz said:thanks everyone, you've been really helpful. If they are struggling to sell that bad surely some deal can be arranged where you pay 500/1000 per month to the retiring owner with a view to owning completely in 'x' number of months?0
