How do I get a refund from Lumo?
I was with Lumo energy for a year but their customer service was awful. I switched to Avro on 19th August this year and have been waiting for a refund of my Lumo credit balance. I have contacted them a few times and they kept saying they were preparing final bill and it takes time etc.....
I have now discovered they have closed the company and cannot be contacted. Does anyone else have this problem and how do I go about getting a refund from them?
