Teltext holiday

Hoilday got cancelled in April,,we hav been on the phone teletext holiday who keep saying the refund will go into my bank at the end of the month .they have been saying this from July,,now after phoning and emailing them there saying at the end of this month ,any help or advice would be much appreciated.... thanks

    If you paid by credit card, not a debit card, then contact the card issuer and make a section 75 claim

    You could have done a chargeback months ago (up to August). That ship has sailed now, so as ally48 says, your only option left is an S75, assuming it was booked on a credit card.
    Beyond that, what about your travel insurance?
